Pre-order
Orders are expected to be shipped during January 2027.
Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will begin dispatching all pre-orders in the order in which they were received, as quickly as possible.
Need your in-stock items as soon as possible?
If your order also contains products that are currently in stock and you do not want to wait for the bed guards to be restocked, we will be happy to split your order into two separate shipments. In this case, shipping will be charged separately for each shipment.

How do I pay?
You can pay conveniently online by credit card, instant bank transfer, or via PayPal. We also offer the option of a standard bank transfer.
Is it possible to return the goods?
Yes, you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, even without giving a reason. Returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. To return them, please follow the instructions in the Withdrawal from the contract section.
When will you send my order?
We ship 95% of orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. This applies to all Monkey Mum branded goods. For the remaining 5% of products, the shipping time may be 2–3 business days.
